Bermuda Tech Design Co. ("us", "we", or "our") is committed to honoring the intellectual property rights of individuals and anticipates that our users will adhere to these principles as well. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we are prepared to promptly address any claims of copyright infringement that occur through our services, provided these claims are submitted to our designated Copyright Agent, as outlined in the sample notice below.

If you hold copyright or are legally authorized to act on behalf of a copyright holder, please report any suspected copyright violations occurring on our website (the "Site") by completing the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and submitting it to our designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving such a Notice, we will take appropriate measures, at our sole discretion, which may include the removal of the content in question from the Site.

• 1. Specify the copyrighted work(s) that you believe has been infringed. If your notice relates to multiple works, you may provide a representative list of these works.
• 2. Identify the material or link that you believe is infringing (or is the subject of infringing activity) that you wish to make inaccessible, including, if applicable, the URL of the infringing content on the Site or the specific location of the material.
• 3. Provide your affiliation (if any), mailing address, phone number, and an email address, if available.
• 4. Include both of the following declarations in your Notice:
• * "I hereby declare that I have a sincere belief that the contested use of the copyrighted material is not permitted by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (for example, as fair use)."
• * "I hereby confirm that the information provided in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright holder, or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder, or hold an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly being infringed."
• 5. Include your full legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be held liable.

If you believe that your content has been removed (or access to it has been disabled) without cause, or if you possess permission from the copyright holder, the copyright holder's agent, or law to utilize the content, you can submit a counter-notice with the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled and where it was located prior to removal or disabling;
• 3. A statement that you have a sincere belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or a misidentification of the content;
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and acknowledgment that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice.

If we receive a counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant, notifying them that we may reinstate the removed content or stop disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates legal action against the content provider or user, the content might be restored or access to it reinstated within 10 to 14 business days or longer, at our discretion.

Pursuant to the DMCA and other relevant laws, we have instituted a policy which allows us to terminate users deemed to be repeat infringers, at our discretion and in appropriate circumstances. We also reserve the right to restrict access to the Site and/or terminate any user's account who violates the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether they are a repeat infringer.
